My way to connect with friends and family, thank them for all their support, and keep them up to date on my fight against cancer. Of course, I'll toss in my thoughts on everything else ;)

More good news on soy
Check out the latest study showing soy consumption in young girls may help prevent breast cancer.
Great post! Reminds me of something that Dr. Neal Barnard wrote about meat consumption in children possibly causing them to mature more quickly, and thus more likely to develop breast cancer, because of the too-early production of estrogen.
Your recent piece in the Huffington Post was great, as well. Keep up the good work as long as you can!
I'm a writer, animal lover, nature freak, and longtime activist dealing with her third bout of cancer. This time it's leukemia. It's a long story but the leukemia originated with my breast cancer treatment in '03. Despite my bad luck with chemo, I'm trying it again (a different type), hoping it will slow the progression of my current disease. But I'm also looking into alternative treatments. Any suggestions?
